REFUND POLICY

At Social Pixel (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality social media marketing services, including Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Content Creation, Video Editing, and Advertising. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for our clients.

1. Refund Request Time Frame

Clients may request a refund within 3 days of the initial payment date. Refunds will not be processed after this period.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • Project Not Started: If a refund request is made within one day and the project has not yet commenced, a full refund will be
    issued.
  • Project Started: If the project has already started and the client requests a refund within the first day, we will refund half of the
    payment.
  • Dissatisfaction with Service: If a client is dissatisfied with our services, they may request a refund within 3 days of payment. In
    such cases, we will refund 50% of the payment.


    3. Non-Refundable Situations Change of Mind:

  • Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind after the payment is made.
  • After 3 Days: Refund requests made after the 3-day period will not be honored.

    4. Refund Method

    All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For bank transfers, the refund will be transferred to the client’s bank account.

    5. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, clients should contact us via email at hello.socialpixel@gmail.com with their name, service details, and
    reason for the refund request. Our team will review the request and process the refund within 5 business days.
